Ingredients
2Lbs Ground Chuck
1lbs Ground Pork
1,1/3 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs
1/3 Cup Pecorino Romano Cheese
1/2 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Oil
2-3 Medium Garlic Cloves Minced
2Tsp Salt
1Tsp Pepper
2 Eggs
Fresh Parsley Chopped
1lbs Ground Pork
1,1/3 Cup Seasoned Breadcrumbs

1/4 Cup Oil
2-3 Medium Garlic Cloves Minced

1Tsp Pepper
2 Eggs

Instructions
1. Add both the ground chuck and ground pork into a bowl
2. Add the rest of ingredients in separate bowl and mix
3. Add the bowls together and form into balls
4. Once rolled into meatballs. but on pan and fry with oil. Pan should be medium-low heat and wait until meatballs are crispy brown.

Description
This recipe came from my Great Grandma who passed it to my Grandma before she passed. They had both immigrated from Italy to have a new life here in America, and to me this recipe represents their heritage and is something I will always cherish.
