Ingredients

-1 frozen banana
-half cup frozen strawberries
-1/4 cup frozen blueberries
-half cup of coconut milk
-fresh fruit, granola, coconut flakes, honey, and chia seeds for toppings

Instructions

-place frozen fruit and coconut milk in a blender and blend until you get a thick consistency
-pour smoothie into a bowl and top with toppings of choice

Fresh Smoothie Bowl

Description

During quarantine, making smoothie bowls was pretty much a daily occurrence. I always had frozen fruit and toppings to make it, and it is fairly easy so I had no problems making it often. I tried to eat really healthy over quarantine and this was one of the foods I implemented into my diet! I don't have all these ingredients while I'm at school, so it is special to me now when I get the chance to make one.
