Ingredients

1 jar of grape leaves
2 cups of rice
pepper
cinnamon
salt
all-spice
3 lbs of ground beef
2 lemons

Instructions

1. Wash grape leaves
2. Wash rice
3. Mix rice, ground beef, salt, pepper, cinnamon, all-spice, and juice of one lemon in a large bowl
4. Flatten leaf on a plate and cut off the stem
5. Take a tablespoon of meat on the base of the leaf and roll the leaf towards the top (turn in the sides as you roll up), repeat 100x
6. Line a pot with the 100 rolled grapeleaves; place a plate over the grapeleaves
7. Add water to the pot till it covers the dish, bring to boil
8. Reduce heat to low and cook for 20-30 minutes
9. Drain water and add juice of one lemon to soak in until cooled down.
10. Eat á la carte or served with Laban (pre-made yogurt spread)
